Phenomenally Paced, Compelling, and Extremely Informative

I heard about David and his book during an interview on Sirus XM’s POTUS channel while driving yesterday. I bought the book on Kindle at the next stoplight. I poured through it last night and this morning, finishing it in just two sittings. It is a phenomenal read and progresses like a well designed novel. I highly recommend it.
I moved to West Palm Beach in 2010 from New York. The devastation to the community was clear, even to an outsider. It was blatantly obvious that mountains of bad decisions, driven by profits and greed, had literally ruined thousands of lives. I wish that I had known that this was going on behind the scenes while I was living there! Heck, I was driving those streets, eating in those restaurants and drinking in those bars. By 2012, I was thoroughly disgusted by the corruption, backdoor dealing, and pervasive culture of “anything for a buck,” so I packed up my stuff and moved back north, never looking back.
Anyway, it was a truly riveting read and should probably be turned into a movie, but the fairly depressing, anti-climatic inevitability of the outcome might not play well in Hollywood. Congrats David, Lawyers, and Activists. You have truly provided me with a valuable education on this issue and have officially gained an ally.

No one was held accountable other than perhaps AIG for insuring bad loan pools

This book tells the compelling story of systematic injustice, that ultimately, all US Tax payers paid for. No one was held accountable other than perhaps AIG for insuring bad loan pools. The banks got away with the biggest heist ever. Politically left wing or right wing, we all got screwed by the financial industry. Our government and justice system was complicit. We the people need to engage politically and stop pointing fingers over guns, gays and God, which are really just distractions for us from stopping this on going illegal transfer of wealth.

Must learning !

Loved this book;
it focuses on the tail end of it; foreclosures or more specially foreclosure FRAUD.
He does a good job of explaining the MERS problem;
and how banks have "no standing to foreclose".
When I got into the last 50 pages about all could think about was paying off my house.
Who wants to deal with these psychos. All of 'em: JP Morgan, Wells, BofA,
these people are crooks. Deranged for dolllars !
I read this thing in about 5 days; and it aint a quick read; it's slow readin' but
it is info. every American needs to know. My only correction would be he is a little wordy;
but a lot of details are interesting; so, he's definitely a good and well trained writer.
I couldn't have written that thing in 100 years. The details are extraordinary.
