The book is phenomenal, it's an action plan book and not one of those philosophical type of book. It will help you find your inner drive to conquer yourself and start doing what you want to do. The book is clear and well written and it gets to the point without being too preachy. It's filled with quotes, inspiration and hopes that we will all have the capability to change yourself for the better. It's a great step by step book for anyone who's looking to make a change in their life. Highly Recommended.
I am so glad i did the right choice getting myself a copy of this book. It was just fantastic. No minutes with Tyler Green are ever, ever wasted, And that's truly saying a lot. In this book, he hones in on the major tips on self discipline. Essentially, there needs to be a lot of hard work before you can reap the rewards. You need to keep things in focus and not let the goals be fuzzy. I think this is the perfect size for a motivational book. Just the essential stuff and no fillers.
I have always a big believer of the fact that self-discipline is the only way to come out as a winner in any place that has competitive environment. And where do we not find a fierce competition today? It's everywhere. In other words, self-discipline today is not an option but almost a basic need for survival. This book was as to the point as a book can be. The endless yet simple tips, the easy language, the wisdom that could have been acquired only through experience -- you name it, and this book has it covered. I am glad I bought this book as part of my self improvement initiative.
I believe the word "great" does not serve this book enough credit nor enough recognition to the author. Self discipline has always been a struggle for me. I have read many motivational and self help books in the past and this book is one of those that provide helpful tips and secrets as to achieving constant discipline and looking at the long term goal. Self discipline gets this done. I am glad to have known and read this book. Will let my brother read this too.
Book author Tyler Green writes about how we all want to succeed in life, but unfortunately, most of as fail, because lack of self-discipline. If we look at the most successful people in the world we can see one thing in common, they are all very disciplined, whether they are athletes, artists or businessmen. Self discipline is key to success. Without it's impossible to achieve anything in life. Now it's crystal clear for me.
I'd give this book 6 stars if I could. There are lots of things to be liked in this book. It serves like a reminder or an awakening to make yourself into something greater than you are right now.
I have read tons of self help books, but if someone would ask me to recommend only one book which is giving the biggest impact in my life, this will be the one. This book for sure worth calling Life Changing.

This is One of the Best Books that I've ever read this month.
I truly learn a lot from this book. The wisdom, experiences, and learning of Tyler Green has made this book an awesome book.
I believe this book has been created with a heart to help a lot of people in the world.
There are so much value that anyone can gain from this book.
Honestly, when I read a book, I always take down notes, and from this book alone, I've used almost 8pages, just for taking the key take-aways from this book. That is pretty fantastic, right?
Yes, that's true.. but among all the learnings I have, here are some of the thought provoking things I could say triggered me to apply as well in my life:
- Attach a purpose to your Goal
(For me, this one gives me an idea that I do not just need to have a goal, but I also must have a reason or a 'why', why I want to achieve the goal)
- The 80/20 Principle
- the sayings, "What's the next action?" "What's next?"
- the art of Visualizing
- positive affirmation, "I want to be energetic and go after the things I want in life"
- "Focus on changing the way you think."
- "Believe that you can, and you will."
- "Find a mentor."
- "Honesty and integrity define your character and credibility as a person."
- "Follow your ethics and listen to your conscience."
- "Join a Master-Mind Group."
- Appreciate and stay grateful with what you have
- Focus on the process
- the saying, "Is there a better way around?"
- "Your life is driven by the choices you make."
- Reward yourself
- Visualize your dreams down to its minute details
- Internalise on the reasons you want to achieve your goals
- Chalk out a strategy and have a back up plan at every stage
Those are just some of the learning I have gained from the book, that I also want to apply in my own life.

If you get one book to becoming successful, this would be it!

This book is just the kick in the butt I needed. While the voice of the book is very firm, it puts you in your place, makes you take a good hard look at yourself and then helps to build you back up one step at a time. It contains all the lessons without all the fluff, which is what other longer books contain. It is a great one-stop shop that contains ideas, theories and procedures I have come across in other books, courses or programs. If you get one book to becoming successful, this would be it!
